UNCOILING YOUR NEW HOOP
Carefully unwrap or cut the 4 or 5 plastic wrapped points. The hula hoop will snap open fast so be careful to have a hold on it. Remove the bubble wrap and let your brand new hula hoop(s) breathe! Leave your hoop open(not connected) for2 to 24hrs. Hoops may not be perfectly round from coiling down. This is normal!
TIPS: Natural sunlight helps the hoop to breathe by softening the hoop to a more circular shape. Hooping with it and rolling the hoop gently will shape it as well.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. 3-5 business days shipping. All orders come with a guaranteed tracking number via USPS. Insurance up to $100 on all hula hoops.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We will be happy to exchange unused, unwashed, regular priced merchandise with the original receipt within 2 weeks of delivery.

HULA HOOP WARRANTY POLICY
Regular* 6 month warranty covers 100% of orignal purchase price of hula hoop
Addional* 6 month replacement warranty only covers 50% of orignal purchase price of hula hoop
*Regular- Buyer pays return shipping fees. I pay for replacement hoop shipping fees back to buyer
*Additonal- I pay for return shipping and for replacment hoop shipping fees back to buyer. They pay nothing.
Warranty covers broken hula hoops only. The hula hoop being warped is not considered broken*.
*Broken means cracked, split, bent, kinked, or snapped in half. Connections are not under warranty as we fix those at no cost to buyer for a lifetime.
The broken hula hoop must be sent back. No exceptions! Warranty does not cover lost or stolen hula hoops.

If applicaple, I will then send you a return label for you to ship the broken hula hoop back to me. Otherwise buyer pays for return shipping. (Option for email & print)
Lifetime Connection Repairs
I will repair your broken connections at no costs to buyer except for return shipping fees. Almost every connection can be fixed. If I absolutely can not fix the connection I will replace your hula hoop for free with no shipping fees. (Color of hoop varies with stock options)
